Durga Jagadish
Principal Architect

Durga is the design brain behind Mayan Designs, has over 15 years of experience in the architectural field. Her impressive career includes significant stints at P3 Architecture in Canada, GPZ Group in Bahrain, and the Centre for Vernacular Architecture in Bangalore. Inspired by artisanal traditions and driven by her deep love for architecture, Durga thrives on tackling challenging projects.

She considers Dr. V. Ganapati Sthapati and R.L. Kumar as her mentors, whose guidance has profoundly influenced her design philosophy. Durga holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (B.A. S) degree from Carleton University in Ottawa and a Master's in Landscape Architecture (M. Arch) from MSRIT in Bengaluru, India. She is a key visionary at Mayan Designs and is continually pushing the boundaries of design innovation.

Siddharth Rao
CEO

Siddharth brings over 20 years of experience in the realty sector, with strong expertise in operations and project management. He has held senior management positions at Total Environment Constructions Pvt Ltd and Rakindo Developers. Siddharth's strengths lie in operations, project management, and business development, having successfully completed numerous project life cycles and handed over several projects.

As an integral part of Mayan Designs, Siddharth has played a crucial role in finalizing commercials and setting processes for the firm's developments. He holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University. Siddharth combines his technical background with his advanced business acumen to drive the success of Mayan Designs.

Karthik Raman
Architect

Karthik is a highly motivated architect who is constantly seeking to expand his architectural repertoire. With extensive experience in designing, planning, and construction documentation, Karthik is extremely focused and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, which underpins his strong technical skills and knowledge. Karthik's dedication to continuous learning and improvement makes him a valuable asset in any design endeavor.

Ramesh Chinnappa
Site Supervisor

Ramesh contributes with his extensive construction experience gained from his tenure at L&T. His rich knowledge acquired from site experience proves invaluable to Mayan Designs and enables us to anticipate any potential problems at site and helps in effective risk mitigation. Ramesh assumes responsibility for managing site execution across projects, overseeing completion, quality control, material and cost management, and ensuring safety standards are met. His multifaceted role ensures that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Hemamalini Sekar
Architect

Hema is a versatile practicing architect who has completed numerous architectural and interior projects from start to finish. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she is dedicated to finding solutions to any problems that arise, never resting until they are resolved.

With a Master's degree in Architecture and a passion for sketching, Hema integrates her artistic skills into her design process, ensuring that each project is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
