The project was envisioned as a community designed to foster a harmonious coexistence between humans and their natural environment. Designed keeping a senior-friendly population in mind, the project encourages an active and engaging lifestyle.

The Villas themselves are Vaastu-compliant with East Entrances, Courtyards etc. tied together with a warm brickwashed aesthetic. The Terracotta palette paints the community with a Vernacular touch and brings a refined flavour to the 25 Villas and the adjoining buildings. The signature sloped-roof gives way to high living rooms lending the Villas with a very spacious feel.

Redefining existing senior living norms, the project offers a large Central Park which acts as the heart for the community. A whopping 45% of the 2 Plus Acres is set aside for open areas. Each house boasts a large courtyard for one’s personal slice of green.
