Situated on 2.1 acres in Thaiyur, Chennai, this plotted development project aimed to maximize saleability without compromising aesthetics. The unique challenge was that this site was 10 feet below road level and adjacent to a water body. This required us to come up with an innovative gradient design to prevent flooding.

Some of the key features in our design were wide roads, extensive landscaping, future proof infrastructure, sustainable gradient design and community spaces such as pickleball court and kids play area

Our design in this project showcases a balanced approach to creating a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and community-oriented space while addressing significant environmental challenges.
